I was thinking of some of their content... since you brought it up tho  -being in Canada the thing that concerns me about 2257 is LL owners not accepting my sites...having a generic 2257 link seems to be ok for now, but having looked at the whole wording, I don't see how it would be enforceable outside of the US... Out of curiosity, if you are not the primary producer of the site, as a LL owner would you be held responsible legally for links off your site (other than any obviously illegal stuff)? or will LLs go the CYA route, regardless of the wording - really, you have no way of knowing whether or not the WM has the required documentation anyway. but the whole thing kind of in limbo right now isn't it - nothing has actually passed?? maybe this is for another thread, but from this side of the border I find it very interesting to follow  Ponygirl |
