BTW, obesity in the extreme, as seen in certain fetishes is almost certainly caused by mental illness. There are those who would say that homosexuality is based in mental illness, but the

APA won't touch it so it is not listed by the DSM-IV therefore not officially an MI. (please don't think I've a problem with gay people by that)
