The FL animal cops are all geared up because they are on Animal Cops - Miami on the Animal Planet. They're big shot movie stars now.

Can you run a low voltage wire on the window ledge so it zaps the cat when it tries to sit there? I'm sure it would only take once for it to get the hint and you won't harm the cat.

Or the other alternative is to start feeding the cat and take it in as your own. Except these people sound like real hoosiers <hillbillies><jerks><etc.> and they'll probably just get another cat.
