I can only recall reading that 2257 was a requirement at one TGP that I have submitted to, but I'd be damned if I remember which one.

I guess roughly ½ of all sites in my submit list either have it in their rules, or are running the (upgraded) Comus script with a field for it...
But then I submit to a lot of thumbnailed sites...
