I very seriously doubt any linklist owners will delist/decline/blacklist you for changing a link code. Most will even allow you to change your ad text/banners as long as you don't break their rules in the process of changing your site.

I just wanted to tell you that by leaving that site up you will be wasting bandwidth, and lining your sponsor's pocket with free money.
