IMO..
You do run the risk of one of them being "downgraded" by google if it finds two pages with the same content(colours and fonts wont change anything)... That said.... being only 2 copies of the pages in the millions googlebot crawls, it is unlikely any penalty will be applied. So its up to you...  DD
