Sorry guys my Fault
For Not Explaining it good i use no a program called
VirtualDub to make some screen shots(movie) but i like to know is there a otherway to make them

and how can i make them look real sharp
i am just a newbie
so maybe you guys have some more info about this

Any way thanks a lot
And let me say i realy love this Board and the people on it
for helping me out
