Question regarding CCBill stats + 'Reconcile Total'

Basically I would like to know what is accounted for in the 'reconcile total'? I sent several emails to ClientSupport|at|CCbill , first the question was completely ignored, the second reply didn't tell me much either (it could of course be that my poor English doesn't stretch far enough...)

Anyhow - this is how my current "Check Amounts Results" with CCBill look:

By now there's something like 1,100 Dollars under reconcile - and the link "Reconcile Reason" doesn't do a thing (I even tried 'Java Enabled Reporting' = highest possible setting to log in), and according to CCBill this amount has nothing to do with any funds owed to me.
SO WHAT IS BOOKED UNDER RECONCILE?

First, disregard the "reconcile amount" of $898.36. This is not an accurate reflection of the amount of income generated for the time period you specified. The report you are running is intended to only look at one pay period at a time. While running that report, if you click the 'Breakdown by Date' link, you'll notice that the reconcile total is the sum of all of the data in that column. Long story short, the report you are running will not return accurate data for the date range you've specified. This will be addressed in future builds of the CCBill affiliate admin system.

I'd also love to see a reply to this one from someone in the know. I don't like mystery numbers when it comes to my money. I'm wacky that way. Do they really expect us to just ignore a column with a dollar amount in it?

Maybe this will help:

Field List (Check Amounts Results Report)

Subnet Amount - The amount you are to receive from Webmaster Affiliates for all of your affiliate accounts.

Reconcile Amount - The amount you did not receive from previous billing periods. The amount is held by CCBill.

Reason - The reason for the reconciliation.

Net Rollover - The total amount after the reconcile amount is deducted.

Net Payout - The total amount before the cost for the check transfer is deducted.

Transfer Cost - The cost for mailing, shipping, or wire transfer.

Payout Amount - The total amount printed on your check.

So I guess the next question is why the amount is held. I never get an answer when I click 'reason'. I suspect they are throwing pizza parties on my dime.

I had checked that page, too! This still doesn't explain why there's about $1,100 'held by CCBill' in my account which they claim is not mine?!?! My minimum pay-out is only $250, so this is way above.
And the link to "Reason", as stated previously, isn't working (as Useless Warrior confirms, too!)!

That is exactly my question!

I guess from $1,100 you can actually splash out with decent champagne, some smoked salmon and other delicious things - not just ordinary pizza...

Currently I'm only advertising 2-3 sites in my pool of CCBill sites, and I don't even push them, because of the unclear situation with payments and referring URLs...

i believe that reconcile amount is the amount that is carried over from one period to the next. So for instance, if you have a $1000 minimum payout on your account and during a weeks time, you make $500, that $500 gets carried over into the following week (after all of the calculations have been done, fees, refunds, payouts, etc)

The reason that you may have been told to disregard this figure is that it may be confusing, as that is a net figure, after all of the calculations have been done

Without looking at your account, that is as specific as i can get. If that does not clear things up, i suggest that you get somebody from CCBill on the phone to answer any specific questions

That's what I had thought, too, but it seems it isn't!

these figures add up to the $307.89 that will be paid out to you on January 17th.

That's why I was wondering if anybody else had any experience with this... I know from another sponsor where it took me a lot of convincing, back-and-forth, until they believed me that their stats program was actually calculating the wrong amounts and crediting too little. (And no: I'm not even talking about 'shaving', this was just a programming error).

Telephone CCBill: since they're in Arizona it would be possible despite time difference (e.g New York is really awkward from OZ)- if I had a phone number other than an 800-number, which you can't dial internationally...

Thanks - I think I have finally worked out that it's really a programming/scripting error!

Whenever I wanted to check it thouroughly the bloody stats page kept on crashing on me!! The CCBill stats page and program need some serious work!

Either it logged me out between steps, so that I had to log back in, then was transported back to the initial 2-day stats, and had to re-create the table I was looking at, or once or twice clicking the 'Back' link I got a database ERROR page with a nice yellow-green dollar sign in the middle = all didn't help at all!

This morning I had some time to waste (basically because I wasn't awake enough to work yet) and faught with it for another 30+ minutes - and finally came to the conclusion that it is simply a scripting error...
