My submits are higher now then before and the approval ratio is very high

Very good to see that this new program worked out so well for you and everyone involved Tommy. I figured that if anyone could make a "go" out of it you could so I'm not surprised in the slightest.

Great to see that the garbage has cleared and the numbers are getting higher.
