Why would someone do a Google site: search on me?

Like Nige said these could be surfers looking for more. Im seeing in my logs things like:
"site pornlucky.com" "site pornlucky.com sapphic erotica" "site pornlucky.com givemepink" etc. etc.

Places like Google have that link that says more pages like this.

It then runs a search with the site:mydomain.com stuff.
