These first two are probably the reason you got declined, big nonos on pretty much any standard linklist unless their rules specify otherwise:

1. no more than 3 outgoing links. (your main page has a lot of them)
2. no full page ads allowed before content. (you've got one on your main.htm page)

Your link was probably rejected as soon as they saw either of the above, but here's a third thing i see wrong with your site.. This is objective and depends on the ll reviewer:

3. the word "enter" in a link will count as blind linking on some linklists -- Especially when it's on the index page. I'm not sure what gg says in his rules about it being elsewhere, but i try to stay away from the word period.
