good things: Good tours w/timely updates, good promo w/timely updates, good TOS (yes I read them all first) good payout, good reputation.
bad things: tours that sell "free porn in your email" better than anything else, not paying on all join types(ie: dont pay on check joins, dont pay on alternate processor), promo not updated within last 6 months, bad reputation. Theres a few points
