Living in a construction zone

I got that pig's head down in Miami many years ago and is one of my favorite pieces. I almost dropped it and broke it at the pottery store when I picked it up to check it out and a giant toad jumped out of it and landed in my bra. It was then that I just knew I had to have it and bought it.

Sometime in the coming months I want to rip out most of the decking that covers most of my back yard. The wood has seen its better days and isn't really needed anymore. I decked my whole back yard after installing white carpet in my house to try to keep dirt from getting tracked into my house. Now that the carpet is gone I want to go back to just having a few walkways through my backyard.

I guess one day I really should paint the outside of my house…
