Get out of the House or office

We go out for dinner just about everynight
So its a like a 2 or 3 hour deal, gotta get dressed in something presentable etc etc

I also like to watch the tide going out, So I will walk around on the beach thinking
"Ohh shit I couldnt see that rock an hour ago"
It sounds loony but its relaxing

Also - getting outside to do puttering in the garden or going into the woods with a chainsaw gets those wrists, hands and shoulders into a different position to thwart off some of the carpal

as well as getting some of the pounds to not stick in places they shouldnt
