I`ve only had I think one actual sponsor(board sponsor too) call me a efw years back to pitch thier services. After a few successive followup calls I blew them off. I hate being sold too. But I don`t hold a grudge. I just went back recently to sign up and now promote them. They are well known reliable and filled a niche for me now.
My blanket policy. Don`t patronize anyone that calls or comes knocking on my door. If I need it I go looking. Seems to work well for all types of solicitations. |
