Im working on new design as we speak. I will post it later for review. I have taken notes from cleo so hopefully the design should be better.
I guess it is a learning curve, trail and error thing. It is great to have a place to get advice though, instead of being blacklisted ect. It is good you guys give up some of your busy time to help others.
