I get all my smokes out on the Indian Reservation because there's no NYS tax on them. The state is once again talking about forcing the Indians to collect taxes from non-Indians (like me) & I for one hope thry try it again, because the last time they did, the Indians started a tire fire on the I90 which runs thru their land
