Actually, I had crepes (large ones) coated with maple syrup... with bacon and sausages... I don't skimp when it comes to running up someone else's expense account!

Not stinking... your just getting the weight back you sort of artificially lost when you were not feeling well. Your body doesn't like that sort of thing... so it stores up for the next time... Give it a day or two, you will be back on your way down.
I didn't weight myself officially this morning, but it looks similar to yesterday, so no pic today... tomorrow morning fersher. Alex |
