Well, I did about 1/2 hour on the treadmill. Remember, I have never used one before. I did 2, 5 minute sessions of a program that was supposed to last 20 mins and almost died. But, this treadmill has a heart rate monitor and it controls a 20 min program for you. It takes your heart rate to a place safe but running fast and keeps it there for about 15 mins. I finished that
 My son and I almost killed ourselves bringing it upstairs. It would not fit through the doorway or up the stairs the way you would want to move it. So, we had to move it sideways |
