There used to be a guy in Oxford that would half lie on the pavement (sidewalk) holding a puppy. He had the puppy because it made people stop and give him money. As soon as the puppy got a bit too large, he'd throw it over a hedge and get another one.
I almost get the feeling that some mothers do the same with kids. |
