Yesterday my ICQ-lite kept going offline and trying to reconnect. I finally did a hard-boot before it finally let it reconnect.
My other ICQ on another computer never even missed a beat, it's an older verision. Maybe it was 1 errant server or something on their end  I guess it could also be that I edited files in the ICQ-lite and removed all of the advertising and made some of the files read only
