Verbal - the domains were all 100% technically legal afaik, that's the reason I do it how I do it. The registrar (GoDaddy) hasn't deigned to reply yet, but they changed the nameservers to NS1.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM which I thought was kind of funny.

They suck balls anyway and I'm sure a decent registrar wouldn't have canceled the domains after one complaint. The silver lining is that this has motivated me to get my act together and become my own registrar.

Gideon - has it occured to you that calling the FTC down on people in your own industry isn't the best thing to do - I was just first getting cranking when Maxcash had to stop payouts temporarily b/c of their FTC courtcase thing - and it really sucked.
