I think it depends on the name you are using. If it is a model´s name like the mentioned raven riley, it´s not ok using it without the sponsor´s permission.

If the domain name is more descriptive, like "gag on my cock" for example, it´s no problem unless it is a registered trademark.

That´s of course the european view. I really don´t know the us laws well enough to judge about it.
