They are saying the ACC will get 3 of 4 #1 seeds.... HOW?

Wake Forest and North Carolina did not make the ACC finals and Duke beats GT in the final minute....

My picks for #1 seeds

Illinois (win or lose)
Duke
Louisville
North Carolina
