Remember years and years ago, that McDonalds commercial with the Tractor driving over rolling green fields with the cows in the background? That was filmed in central New Jersey.
The John Deere commercial a few years later was filmed on a sound stage at the old Desilu Studios (now Ren-Mar Studios) where Witt-Thomas productions filmed things like, Golden Girls, Blossom, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Soap, etc. Personally, I think you can find beautiful land in almost every state. Even Washington DC has some really nice property if you look around. Too bad DC's charter doesn't allow permanent residents.
