Osiris, I am about 5'10". If you use the BMI ( http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm ) I am still over. It wants me to be 173 to fall into "normal". I will accept "slightly over", say about 175... but really I would enjoy to see 170 again.
GG, I have the same problem... stuff that was tight just isn't tight anymore. But I added to the motivation by taking out stuff that is MUCH smaller and trying to wear it.  Alex |
