well i lost 6 pounds last week and now i know why i was hungry, i dont mind to be hungry but the scale have to show me it is worth it and it was, what i do mind that those fucking commercials on telly only show food....or do i only see food up to an other 6 pounds ( and i didnt even moved my butt for that but soon i will!)

It sounds awesome.. slow weightloss is the way to go. I also see a lot of food promoted on the tv like the fantastic Macky breakfast but I am laughing at them only, they won't "supersize me"

lol my hubby is on an diet too,he said even with some hamburger commercials this:"hell even they would cook the things in shit i bett ya they still taste good lol....i choked from laughterbtw i m jalouse on my 10 year old daughter she can eat tons and wont gain weight haaaaa
