I am curious as to why after so many posted problems, anyone would use godaddy. Spend the extra $5/year and get a decent registrar.

Must be something like the way folks keep on using Windows.

Just because we're too slack (or have too much to do)....

But I will be moving, I guess to Active Domains, they're only charging about 50 Cents more than godaddy (godaddy prices are +ICANN fee), and a friend of mine is happy with them for years!

May as well get it over with, in case there's a chance to say "I told you so..." - been using GoDaddy for at least five years now; maybe seven. Not one hint of a shred of a problem. I've never tried to transfer a domain away (never had a reason to) so that might make a difference; I dunno.

I'm probably a little bit more loyal than is justified, 'cause their offices are just a couple of miles up the road. Stu, you want I should go kick some ass for ya?

(I've also never had any particular problem with Windows. Macs, on the other hand...don't get me started...)

Sounds like those drunks at the bar You know the ones that drink so much they either pass out, fall down or throw up. The ones that insist on driving home and usually do unless someone steals thier keys.

I've been doing this for years and never had any problems.

Denial is such a happy place
