Yeah the Southeast coast (Boca, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami) is very different then the rest of Florida. |

Yep, all the reasons stated above
 I've always preferred a warmer climate...Florida certainly has that...lol. No state tax...always a good thing... And I was able to sell a townhouse in California for twice what I paid for a house with a pool...on over half an acre in Florida. Oh, and I'm in the gulf coast area...about 90 miles south of Tampa. The weather is pretty much perfect Actually, just got out of the pool...beautiful day today...again |
