Mars has been bright and clear up here for more than a month too. However they claim you should be able to see surface features with a small telescope... but I think that should be a "not-so-small" telelscope. I got a small telescope... and lets just say I can't see squat! |pissed|
Good thing I have all my old astronomy books from universite... they got some good pictures with surface features  60000 years... thaaaats nothing
