Did you turn on logging on that window? If you turned on logging I believe it will just save automatically when you disconnect.

If you didn't turn on logging I think the only way would be to select and copy into something like wordpad. (notepad has that size limit, probably won't take the file.)

That's what I would try first, is the select and copy. I don't remember wether cntrl-A will select all within the window- give it a try.

I'll be here all night, let me know if that works.
