Not necessarily...if I didn't have a tranny category (which I do), I would probably accept tranny sites under Fetish and/or Variety/Miscellaneous.

Read a site's rules - if they don't specifically prohibit content, there's a good chance they'll accept it. There's a reason so many sites have an "other" category.
