Fixing up a few things over at Angel's site since issues with Epoch have been fixed and I'm trying to cut back on emails asking for link codes so I redid this page www.foxyangel.com/webmasters/banners.php is it clear or is it confusing?

One thing you might consider is doing something like we do, where our link codes are just "fetishclub.com/?r=WCODE" and then we use php to catch the WCODE and rewrite the urls to send them along to CCBill (and Epoch in your case) which sends them right back. One other nice benefit of doing it that way is that's that she'll wind up with a lot of links pointing to her domain from all her affiliates, instead of all those links pointing to CCBill and Epoch.
