I think that you may had good processing experience with Verotel, just because your site didn't really had adult status, which could turn in more CCs beeing accepted, thus cascading loses a little bit it's advantage. Although, the same CC could be accepted with VeriSign on a mainstream site and declined by CCBill on an adult one. That may be the reason why processing with Verotel did good for you, but I'm not 100% confident that it was legal

I can't guarantee that what I'm saying is 100% true, these're just random thoughts that come to my head as I'm typing.

I just wanted to say i was someone who had a better experience with Verotel. Now i actually use a merchant account and other cascading options, so its a dead issue for me.

Would you please explain why you think verotel may be processing illegally?
