It's the marijuana case that's disturbing. IMO the federal gov't CLEARLY overstepped its bounds on this one. I'm flabbergasted that the Supreme Court ruled the way it did. (I'm even more flabbergasted that I found myself agreeing with Clarence Thomas, who dissented on the court's opinion.)

As far as CP goes, I don't care if it's a jaywalking bust that gets the fuckers tossed...but we still must be wary.
