I just saw a site that was using some very old (and dangerous IMO) techniques... for example 3 titles on an index page.
<title>keyword 1</title> <title>keyword 2</title> <title>keyword 3</title> But however temporary a ploy this may be, the site remains at number 2 in the serps.
