one other intersting tidbit too while I am online that i haven't seen mentioned....
One stipulation in the agreement between FSC and the DOJ is that FSC will not engage in solicitation of new members prior to the 2 PM Saturday deadline. that is why they are not being more vocal on this whole subject, and the DOJ does not want us banding together to fight them, the less the better in their eyes
