LInkster, that is true, but you cannot send the DOJ to check 2257 records in a po box. You never have been able to do that, not since 2257 came into being.

I would feel worse if she was only as secondard provider getting squeezed by new rules, but it is clear she had been and continues to be a primary provider, and the rules are the rules in that area.
