Man, I get nervous whenever anyone makes sweeping generalizations like that because it's SO EASY to rip holes in those arguments since so much porn is really crappy. Porn *can* be beneficial to society, but it can be harmful too.

Same goes for coffee, sugar, salt, sucralose, orange juice, guns, automobiles, television, online shopping, zoological museums, flowering trees, buttered popcorn, jogging, beer and fucking ice-cream-delivery trucks. I'd like to think most of us can choose for ourselves.
