free sites and counters on them..

why i want to do this:

first of all..
i'd like to know the reason why certain link list doesnt list my certain free site.. i see a lot of threads like that of ppl asking why their site isnt listed somewhere. i dont want to check it all by hand.

2nd ..
if link list didnt list my free site i dont want to keep his recip on my free site.. no traffic, no link back..

it depends on how you work with it.. if you dont make templated sites it takes you much more time to build so i dont want to build and forget it.. at least not so fast

i'd prefer to build less but more quality
