I've been hacked into :(

So yesterday I managed to get one of Sparky's techs (The Amazing Brian) to sneak in and grab what he could from the pathetic fuckers that left me exposed and left for dead. It was a good thing that he had the chance to do so, because not long afterwards, I got ICQ'd by the head tech at the 'other' hosting company.

He was pathetic. Point blank he asks me if I am leaving them, after almost 24 hours of being dead in the water. I answered with a 'would you blame me' response. I then proceeded to tell him that I have virtually lost all credibility with my peers and that my traffic plummented 85% while the bottom line was virtually wiped right out.

He offered me 2 free months as compensation and that "we have resolved this issue once and for all" but when I would not respond to his offer his last words to me was "email me when you want us to shut you down." That was yesterday around 9 PM. This morning I saw some stats trickling in at around 9AM and at 9:34AM this morning, they SHUT ME DOWN. I did not have the chance to send them an email to tell them to do so.

The reason I have written this is to make you aware that there are some real SCUM BAG FUCKS out there that are only interested in taking your money and providing you with less than nothing for your cash.

I was not going to name this host out of respect for them, BUT since they chose to fuck me at will and repeatedly without conscience or regard for my reputation nor theirs, I feel it is my moral obligation to you my peers to let you know who they are: CHOOPA. If you are on a virtual or dedicated box with this group in any capacity, run for your lives and run FAST. Do not look back, lest ye be turned into stone.

If anyone out there knows of some better business bureau for this type of situation that I could report them to, please let me know by any means neccessary. This was not my fault and I have all receipts to prove that I have paid EVERY TIME on TIME.

Had I not had the foresight to be proactive and see this situation was not going to improve, I would have been fucked, perhaps even permanently.

If you are experiencing hosting problems, talk to the senior members of this board as I chose to do. Listen to their advice. Then make arrangements right quick. Do not let the same thing that has happened to me, happen to you.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank 'Sparky and his crew' for their warm and friendly demeanor. They took on this challenge in a very short time frame and got me up and running in no time flat. Luckily, I had copies of everything I have ever made and submitted. I just have to sift through everything and put it in its place now while most of it is up already.

Thanks again Sparky and Brian. You've saved my humble little business.

And a thank you also goes out to those board members that I had spoken to and that have advised me properly. Your propensity for wisdom serves you well and I for one am greatful to you all.
