The fact that nobody knows who he is is probably good. If he was some sort of nutnick it would have been known.

It's hardly a surprise that GB nominated a conservative (just as Clinton nominated liberals). It's just the way the system works and we'll have to live with it.

It was funny though, at the end of the nominee's speech how he thanked his parents, his wife and his kids before he's even appointed. It was like being at the Oscar. I was waiting for him to thank Jesus.
