Happy “still no sleep in 2 days” Wednesday!

Morning

I'm planning on kind of staying away from the computer today as I still haven't fully recovered from working so much over the last few weeks. Went out to the Sawgrass mall yesterday for a few hours but was too tired to even try on clothes so I just bought a bunch of accessories.

Last night I upgraded Angel to Tiger and then we played with her new video camera. She got the Sony HDR-FX1. I don't think that I have ever seen that many knobs and stuff on a camera, going to take some time to learn how to use it.

Going to try to do the beach today if it doesn't rain and that is about all I have planned for today.

However the end is near.. as we have a cold snap coming through starting sunday.. 99 degrees.. woot.. woot woot..

...and RAIN.. i don't think the desert has seen rain in 75 years or so in July so this will cause mass flooding, major car accidents.. and general panic all around.

I'm off to a Fishing and Marine after market show to see all the new gagets coming out for 2006. Whohoooo..

So the new issue of Maxim arrives yesterday and who is on the cover? Nicky Fucking Hilton. Actually no. It's not Nicky Fucking Hilton - that would perk my curiosity at least. It's just Nicky Hilton. Why the fuck would I want to see Nicky Hilton? What makes her skinny ass worthy of the cover? As if I'm going to see her on the cover, get all googly-eyed and tear through the magazine to see what she looks like half naked. As if I'm some sort of Pavlov's dog for the flesh of neo-celebrites. As if... So I finally find her pics (on p.136 btw) and all I have to say is, sure, I'd do her. But that doesn't make her worthy of the cover, now does it?
