Just a heads up...

I'm moving one of my servers to a new host...the new box should be ready later today or tomorrow.

For those of you that have my free sites listed...

Sites less than 6 months old are not being moved and will experience no downtime

Sites between 6 months and a year old are being moved to my other server with the current host. There should be no downtime on these sites.

Sites more than a year old were 404'd a few weeks ago, as mentioned in this thread. If you haven't already dropped links on these 404'd sites, they may experience up to about 12 hours of downtime...as we reallocate ips from one server to the other with my current host.

Free Porn Post will be moving to the new faster server with the new host. Of course, I'm doing everything possible to prevent ANY downtime for my bread and butter site

Soooo, I'm off to do the server shuffle |dancinggu

Not exactly going smoothly so far...

Most free sites have been moved and experienced no downtime...that's the good news!

Bad news is...for some inexplicable reason, the server currently hosting Free Porn Post is down. Well, not exactly down...but apache isn't running and won't restart. My host is working on it and should have it back up asap.

This has not been a good day...

Yup, it was something I did of course...lol.

Tip...Apache doesn't like it when you delete site folders without adjusting configuration settings

So, Free Porn Post is up and running again! To quote UW, now submit your sites damn you!
