No, I was just using that as a reference point. There's nothing wrong animated banners.

An ugly, non-consistantly structured free site is just that. Having the best pics in the world doesn't guarantee a listing. I see plenty of sites that have nice pics, but if I don't like the site, even if it obeys all of the rules, I just won't list it. That's how I roll.
