Q re hosting (no don't spam me!)

A quick shout out for webair, I have two accounts with them - one mainstream, one adult and have found their reliability and prices to be excellent, and I have looked around a fair bit. I dont think I've had any single minute of downtime in 6 months plus. Only slight problem is that the server stats seem to go down every so often and tech support hasnt been that quick in fixing the problem.

I also use Webair, and have been using them for 3 years or so now. I've had the same issues that nottslad brought up, but other than that, they are great.

There is almost always someone available for "Live Help" which is really nice. They have good stats and always get back to me with my questions quickly.

I use three hosting providers at the moment, the cheapest one I went with because of the price.
Big mistake, no customer service whatsoever and I paid 1 year in advance

Your better off spending extra if it means you have help avaliable when you need it and a reliable service.
I use webair aswell, great service and there's just about always someone there on live support.
