Submit free sites to LLs and post in forums with a link to your site in every post and major SEs will find you. Make sure you link all your pages between one another. You don't need to submit to SEs manually. They'll crawl the site if it's visible from other sites.

I also found it helpful to build a site map for small size domains. Sometimes I forget to link to some of my "work-in-progress" pages, and they never get indexed.

Ok heres a little help... Download Google site crawler found here:
http://johannesmueller.com/gs/ After you download and spider your site. Generate a URL list file click the "Generate Tab" and then goto "URL list for export". then choose "Simple text listing.txt" and then click "OK" save the file as "urllist.txt". And then upload it to your server... Then submit the url to the "urllist.txt" to Yahoo.com, witch can be found here: http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html yahoo will crawl your site about 300 - 400 times aday... adding about 200 of your pages a week depending on your sites size/page count...
