I just got my maintenance to run with cron using cPanel.
for the "command to run": php /home/yourusername/public_html/phpadsnew/maintenance/maintenance.php Change yourusername to whatever your is and replace phpadsnew with the correct path to the maintenance folder. I found this on google.
