blog removals
Several blogs got removed from my linkswaps section today. The reasons were simple
1) replaced with spam, popups, or various bullshit. 2) havent updated in 30+ days the need for this was very clear as the list had grown to epic size and more link requests are coming in daily. I feel its important to be sending traffic to the right bloggers. If you got nipped in the bud because of this change and had a swap with boogie-blog.com and feel it was in error let me know. You can of course start updating again and resubmit. Sorry to have done this so informally but the list of people removed was fairly cumbersome. Boogie |

I also need to do that, cleaning up and rechecking the recips. But i keep pushing it forwards every time cause it's so booooring and takes much time.
Sometimes i wish i just had a small blog directory. |clown| |

Hey twthumb,
It only took me about half an hour. Went in, searched for my keyphrase making sure my linkback was there. if it was, checked the date of the last entry. If it was current I read it a little bit, checked the past few entries to make sure it hadnt turned to crap. if it hadnt it stayed on the list. even if ya do 10 links at a time and it takes a minute you can probably get through it in an hour.  |

wow, that's fast, if i want to do it that fast i need to do one blog in under 3 seconds including clicking, loading, checking and removing.
 I think i'll write a little script which checks if my link is still on the page, if not i manual check it, that should be a bit quicker. |

I use a script to trade mostly, and all the dead wood falls off the bottom and stops showing up.
I don't regularly check for nonupdated blogs at the moment, but I noticed some manual trades I set up seem to be from dead blogs. |
