Found it. The script definately pulled a 'WTF' and put it somewhere else, but I found it and have it listed now. http://javes.com/amateurs/ Not sure if you'll get an acceptance email. I think the script is as moody as me.

I have that problem once too..I just resubmited my site...What should I do in future if that happens? Post it here?

I don't mind you having a mainstream sponsor as your exit link, but I do not like the fact that you used text to encourage an interest in it. Even though counting that link as one of your allotted links out doesn't push you to your limit, I felt pissy enough about it to decline your site.

An exit is not meant to be promoted.
